Scott Darrell, MCP, PCC
Scott believes that being coached and participating in formal leadership training programs activated the superpowers that he needed to excel as a nonprofit executive. After (almost) three decades of founding and leading social service organizations, Scott decided to focus his efforts on helping the next generation of change agents succeed through his coaching practice and as an Adjunct Professor teaching leadership courses to graduate students at the University of Southern California.
Scott received his formal coach training at the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management Executive and Professional Coaching program and achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation. He also earned a Master of Community Planning degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies from the University of Maryland.
Marina Savitsky, MS, PCC
Marina spent the first 25 years of her professional life in the fashion industry before becoming a coach and human resources professional. Today, she works with entrepreneurs, executives, and employees at all levels to help them transform their professional lives. Marina has achieved the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation.
Marina earned her master's degree in Leadership & Organizational Development and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management as well as a Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University.
